TravelHero Booking provides the following services: tour and hotel reservations, bus ticket bookings, curated domestic and international tour packages, adventure travel experiences, and travel accessories. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Registration

Users must register with accurate personal details to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. TravelHero Booking is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure login information.

4. Pricing & Payments All

prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each package or ticket.

5. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full/required payment and issuance of a confirmation email or e-ticket to your registered email address. TravelHero Booking reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

6. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, travel documents, and any required permits. TravelHero Booking is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

7. Changes by the Operator

Tour packages and transport schedules may be subject to changes by third-party operators (bus companies, hotels, transport providers). TravelHero Booking will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes but is not liable for disruptions caused by third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TravelHero Booking shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or operator cancellations.

9. Intellectual Property All

content on travelherobooking.com — including text, images, logos, and tour listings — is the intellectual property of TravelHero Booking. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
