Refund & Cancellation Policy — TravelHero Booking (travelherobooking.com) Effective Date: May 10, 2026
1. General Policy
TravelHero Booking strives to provide seamless travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we have established the following fair cancellation and refund guidelines for our customers.
2. Tour & Hotel Bookings — Cancellation by Customer

3. Bus Ticket Bookings — Cancellation
Bus ticket cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective bus operator. TravelHero Booking will facilitate the cancellation request, but the refund amount and timeline depend on the operator’s terms. A service fee of ₹50–₹100 per ticket may be applicable.
4. Train Ticket Bookings
Train ticket bookings and cancellations follow the rules and policies of Indian Railways (IRCTC). TravelHero Booking acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for refund timelines governed by IRCTC.
5. Cancellation by TravelHero Booking
In the unlikely event that TravelHero Booking cancels a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, insufficient bookings, or force majeure events, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of booking. Refund processing typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
7. Non-Refundable Components
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Convenience fees and platform service charges
- Special event or festival season surcharges
- Bookings marked as “non-refundable” at the time of reservation
- Travel insurance premiums (if purchased separately)

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding refunds, TravelHero Booking’s decision, after due review, shall be considered final. For unresolved issues, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
